Every vehicle, every mile.
Continuous, multi-modal shipment visibility from trip start to final delivery. Traqo aggregates location data from SIM-based triangulation, GPS devices, FASTag toll data, and mobile app signals into a unified Control Tower — with intelligent ETA, geofencing, and automated exception alerts.
Overview
1.2 The SIM-based innovation
Traditional tracking solutions require costly GPS hardware on every vehicle — a major barrier when working with market vehicles and third-party transporters. Traqo's SIM-based tracking eliminates this requirement entirely.
Works without any device fitted to the vehicle — no hardware procurement, installation cost, or maintenance.
Uses the driver's existing mobile phone and SIM card — zero additional equipment required from the transporter.
Consent-based tracking that respects driver privacy — consent is trip-specific and automatically expires when the trip ends.
Coverage across India's entire cellular network — even in areas where dedicated GPS devices have connectivity issues.
Significantly lower total cost of ownership compared to GPS devices — no hardware capex, just per-trip data cost.
1.3 How it works — multi-modal aggregation
Traqo aggregates location data from multiple sources and normalizes it into a unified tracking feed. The system correlates location events with trip milestones, calculates ETAs, triggers alerts based on configurable rules, and presents everything through a centralized Control Tower. Even if one tracking source is unavailable (e.g., driver's phone is switched off), alternate data sources continue to provide visibility.
