How is Traqo priced?

FTL vehicle tracking bills per trip, PTL bills per docket, and EXIM bills a monthly base plus a per-container charge — each on volume-based tiers, so the unit rate steps down as you scale. Flat modules like e-POD, settlement, yard and AI Control Tower are a fixed monthly. Your plan — Starter, Growth or Custom — sets how many modules you can switch on, soft volume caps, a minimum monthly billing and one-time onboarding. Do you charge per trip, per docket, or per container?

All three, by mode. FTL is per trip per month, PTL is per docket per month, and EXIM is a monthly base plus a per-container/BL charge (available on the Growth and Custom plans). Each uses volume tiers — the more you ship, the lower the unit rate — and the whole month's volume is billed at the tier it falls into. Exact per-unit rates are shared at scoping; the calculator above shows your resulting monthly total.

What are the standard commercial terms?

Minimum one-year contract, billed monthly post-paid or annually pre-paid — annual prepay saves 15%. All prices are exclusive of taxes; 18% GST applies on Indian invoices. Recurring fees escalate 10% year on year. One-time onboarding (setup, training, integration) ranges from ₹75,000 on Starter to ₹1,50,000 on Custom.

What is the minimum monthly billing?

Each plan has a floor: ₹25,000 on Starter, ₹75,000 on Growth and ₹1,00,000 on Custom. If the modules you switch on add up to less than the floor, you're billed the floor. Once your module usage exceeds it, you simply pay for what you use.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter comes with a 14-day free trial on up to two modules. Growth and Custom are demo-driven — we run a structured 30-minute scoping call and a hands-on sandbox tailored to your network.

Can I switch plans or add modules mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, in either direction. We pro-rate the difference and apply it to your next invoice. Adding a module takes effect within 24 hours; moving up a plan to lift module caps or unlock EXIM is instant.

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Starter customers go live in about 7 days. Growth averages 4 weeks including ERP wiring. Custom takes 6 to 8 weeks because of integrations, SSO, and bespoke workflows. Onboarding is a one-time fee billed by plan.

Do you offer on-premise or private-cloud deployment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Custom plan. We deploy inside your own AWS, Azure, or GCP account with a private VPC. Multi-region active-active is available with custom SLAs.

How do you handle GST and Indian invoicing?

Accepted Answer

All invoices are raised from our India entity in INR with 18% GST. We support state-wise GSTIN allocation, e-invoice IRN generation, and TDS reconciliation for your finance team.

Are the prices shown 'list' prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The calculator builds your total from public list ('rack') rates set at or above real customer quotes, so there's always room to discount. We share the per-unit rates and final commercials at scoping, based on your volume, module mix and contract length.
