Getting started — onboarding

Traqo.ai is designed for rapid deployment with zero coding required. A dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) is assigned on Day 1 and remains your single point of contact through go-live and beyond.

Stage 1
Day 1 — Kickoff
30-minute tailored demo, account creation, tenant provisioning, Super Admin setup, CSM assigns milestones
Stage 2
Days 2–5 — Config
Master data import, module activation, workflow rules, transporter onboarding, ERP connectivity — no coding required
Stage 3
Days 5–7 — Go-Live
Role-based training sessions, pilot launch on subset of lanes, real-time CSM monitoring, feedback loop and rapid adjustments
Stage 4
Week 2+ — Optimize
AI models learn from shipment data, predictive analytics activate, ongoing support via ticket/Slack/phone, quarterly business reviews
