Orders in, optimized loads out.

The Order Planning & Load Optimization module is the critical intelligence layer within Traqo that operates between sales order receipt from ERP and indent creation. It transforms raw sales orders into optimized, consolidated loads that maximize vehicle utilization and minimize freight costs.

How it works — high-level flow

Step 1 — Orders arrive

Sales orders received from ERP via API integration or manual CSV upload.

Step 2 — Validate & normalize

Orders are validated against customer master and product master. Invalid records flagged; valid orders move to planning queue.

Step 3 — Clubbing engine

Compatible orders grouped into consolidated loads based on destination, priority, delivery window, and vehicle capacity.

Step 4 — Utilization calc

Vehicle utilization (weight % and volume %) calculated and optimized for each proposed load.

Step 5 — Indent creation

Approved loads passed downstream to the Indent Management module for transporter assignment and dispatch.
