Traqo, a supply-chain management platform founded in 2022, has updated its EXIM container tracking product with AI analytics, real-time alerts, and a new Ocean View dashboard. The update extends coverage across 170+ shipping lines including Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd and Evergreen.

Ocean freight visibility has historically been an enterprise privilege — large shippers signed bespoke contracts with each carrier and ran their own integration teams. Mid-market exporters and importers were left stitching together carrier portals, freight forwarders and WhatsApp updates from CHAs.

The new Ocean View dashboard consolidates every container an operator owns into a single tracker, irrespective of the underlying carrier. AI-driven shipment intelligence flags expected delays before they happen — based on port congestion, vessel rotation changes, and rolling history — and pushes alerts to the operator's WhatsApp and email.

The launch is part of Traqo's broader push into EXIM tooling for India's mid-market exporters, who collectively ship over 8 million containers a year but historically lack the per-seat freight visibility that large MNCs take for granted.
