Introducing the Traqo AI Control Tower

Most TMS dashboards drown ops teams in red alerts. We rebuilt the control tower around the five decisions a dispatcher actually makes before lunch — and shipped it to all customers as the Traqo AI Control Tower.

The system is built on a domain-specific reasoning model trained on 1.2 million shipments and 4 years of customer-action data. Instead of surfacing every anomaly, it ranks the day's exceptions by financial impact, blast radius and time-to-resolve, and presents the operator with five actions ordered by priority.
